Visa and Relocation Expenses
Transworld Software agrees to pay for all costs
involved in
applying for and obtaining Visas for new Transworld
Software
employees so long as the employee remains employed
with Transworld
Software for at least one year.
Permanent Resident Status - Processing Fee
Every employee is provided an advance/loan towards
the fee
for processing of your "Permanent Resident Status".
This is provided as an added benefit to the
employee.
Holidays and Vacation
Paid Holiday Policy:
Transworld Software has nine paid holidays. These
holidays
can be used as the corresponding client observed
holidays.
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Apart from the six holidays listed above, a maximum
of three
holidays can be taken as floating holidays in
conjunction
with client holidays provided you have written prior
approval
of a Transworld Software staff manager.
Paid Vacation Policy
No vacation is earned the first two full months of
active
employment. After your first two full months of
employment,
vacation days are earned at the rate of 8.00 hours
per full
month of active employment that equals 10 days for
the first
year and 12 days for the Second through Fourth
years. Starting
the Fifth year, three weeks of vacation will be
earned. After
10 years of employment, four weeks of vacation will
be earned.
Training
From time to time, our employees will be required to
attend
training programs and workshops, conducted or
offered by our
company. Some of these programs are intended to keep
your
skills updated in an industry that is constantly
reinventing
itself.
Recruiting Bonus Policy
A Recruiting or Employee Referral Bonus of $500.00
to $2500.00,
based on skill set and experience, will be paid for
each employee
referral leading to employment. The first half of
this bonus
will be paid after receipt of first payment from the
new client,
the second half of this bonus will be paid after the
new recruit
has been actively employed with Transworld Software
for six
months.
Business Referral Policy
A Business Referral Bonus of $1000.00 or 25% of net
profit
of the new account, whichever is low, depending on
the extent
of employee involvement, will be paid for each
qualified business
lead resulting in a sale for Transworld Software.
The qualified
lead must contain the name of the person to contact,
his/her
phone number, and the skill set he/she is looking
for. This
bonus will be paid upon receipt of first payment
from the
new client.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit of paychecks is a benefit offered to
all Transworld
Software employees. To enroll, please complete
direct deposit
enrollments form and turn it in to management.
